Meet Sylvana Minnetto. Originally from New York, Sylvana’s background includes many years of dedicated teaching in Seminole County. She brings with her a genuine interest guiding and helping families on multiple levels. Being an active member of the community, Sylvana decided to take it a step further by obtaining her real estate license. Her goal as a realtor is to ensure every client has a positive and professional experience during the home buying and selling process. She is patient and takes the time to explain the process every step of the way so her clients feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. As the daughter of a New York contractor, Sylvana has been on both sides of the transaction many times and so has personal experience in both renovating and selling homes, therefore can assist in providing the vision of what a dream home can truly resemble.
