Lola Bovell brings a unique combination of real estate investment experience, legal training and a genuine passion for helping people to her work as a Realtor® with Creegan Group.
For more than five years, Lola has been actively involved in real estate investing and property management, including short-term and mid-term rentals. As a buyer, seller, investor and property owner herself, she understands that a property can be much more than a place to live. It can also be an important part of building long-term financial stability and wealth. She brings that perspective to first-time homebuyers, seasoned buyers and sellers, and investors alike.
Drawing on her experience as an attorney, Lola brings strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to every transaction. She is committed to helping her clients understand the process, ask the right questions and feel confident in the decisions they make along the way.
Originally from South Florida and of Puerto Rican heritage, Lola has called Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Madison, Wisconsin; Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona; and now Central Florida home. Her experiences living in different parts of the country have given her an appreciation for different communities and perspectives, as well as a firsthand understanding of what it means to relocate and make somewhere new feel like home.
Fluent in Spanish, Lola is proud to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking clients throughout Central Florida. When she isn’t working, you’ll often find her spending time with her family, cheering on her daughters at the softball fields or staying involved in her community.
