I moved to Orlando in 1999 from Brazil, fluent in Portuguese and English. Have lived in Windermere/Dr. Phillips/ Winter Garden/ Gotha areas since then. Graduated from Olympia High School (first graduating class), did the first three years at Dr Phillips high school. Worked most of my adult life in retail management, but also own a couple businesses that my father and I use as Real Estate Investment. We buy homes that are REO or through auction to fix and flip. After doing that for a while I decided that I really love real estate and made the decision to take the class and get my license. For the first year of being licensed I just did it part time while working a full-time job. But now I want to focus most of my time assisting clients in this area with the knowledge and expertise I have built over the years in the area.
